PeopleCert ITIL Foundation (Version 5)

ITIL Foundation (Version 5) is PeopleCert's entry-level certification in digital product and service management, launched in February 2026 to replace ITIL 4 Foundation. It covers key ITIL terms, the four dimensions, the product and service lifecycle, the ITIL Value System, value streams, and how ITIL works with AI, DevOps and PRINCE2. The exam has 40 multiple choice questions in 60 minutes, and 26 correct answers are needed to pass.
