What is The Mock Exam?
The Mock Exam is a practice exam platform for IT and professional certifications. We provide realistic practice exams that simulate the actual testing environment, with timed sessions, question formats that follow the real exams, and a results breakdown that shows your strengths and the areas to improve.
Which certifications do you offer practice exams for?
We offer practice exams for certifications from AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, Google Cloud, ISACA (CISA, CISM), ISC2 (CISSP, CC), Microsoft, MikroTik and PMI (PMP), and we keep adding more. How do the 30-day and 90-day passes work?
A pass gives you unlimited access to all practice exams for one certification for 30 or 90 days. You pay once: a pass never renews and there is nothing to cancel. The 90-day pass costs the same as two 30-day passes. Take as many practice exams as you need until you feel confident and ready for the real test. Need more time? Buy another pass before your access ends and the new days are added after it, so you lose nothing.
What's included in a pass?
A pass includes unlimited practice exams for your chosen certification, drawn from our full question bank, with a detailed explanation for every question. After each exam you see your score, a chapter-by-chapter breakdown with your weakest areas first, and a full review of your answers. Your exam history stays on your dashboard, question banks are updated to follow the current exam objectives, and our support team is there if you have any questions.
Does a pass renew automatically?
No. A pass is a one-time payment, so it never renews and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another pass. There is nothing to cancel. We email you 3 days before your access ends, and again when it has ended. Payments are non-refundable once your access has started; see our Terms & Conditions.
How realistic are your practice exams?
Our practice exams are designed to closely mirror the real certification experience. Each one uses a question count and time limit based on the vendor's published figures and a comparable pass mark, with the question formats we offer for that exam: multiple choice with one or more answers, drag-and-drop, and exhibit-based questions where the real exam uses them.
Can I retake practice exams?
Absolutely! While your pass is active, you can retake practice exams as many times as you need. Each attempt draws a new random selection of questions from our question bank, so you'll encounter different scenarios each time. We recommend taking multiple practice exams to ensure you've covered all topics thoroughly.
How do I track my progress?
Your dashboard keeps your exam history with the score of every attempt. After each exam you get a chapter-by-chapter breakdown of your results, weakest first, and you can review every answer with a detailed explanation of why it is correct or incorrect.
What if I need help or have questions?
We're here to help! You can create a support ticket from your dashboard or the Support page, and we respond within 24 to 48 hours, any day of the week. We're committed to helping you succeed in your certification journey.
Do I need to create an account to take a practice exam?
You can try a free 10-question preview of any exam without an account. To take full practice exams you need a free account: registration only asks for your name, email and a password. Your account saves your progress and keeps your exam history and results.
