What this chapter covers
Data Migration and Integration is 13% of the ServiceNow CSA exam. Despite the name, the official blueprint lists UI Policies, Business Rules, System update sets and Scripting in ServiceNow under it.
Import sets and transform maps are tested too, but they sit in the Database Management and Platform Security chapter of these pages.
Questions are short scenario or recall questions: you choose the right feature, or the right timing or location for logic. Some are multiple select and state the count, such as "(Choose two.)". There are no exhibits.
